Delete your account.
You can leave whenever you choose. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
From the app
- Open Maestria.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. There is no undoing it.
What is deleted
Your email address, your plan, and the messages and answers you sent us are removed from our database.
What is kept
Purchase records, detached from your account, for as long as accounting law requires.
Usage data held by PostHog and purchase history held by RevenueCat are linked only to a random identifier, never to your email address. They are deleted when you ask us.
If you no longer have the app, or want everything deleted
Write to us from the email tied to your account, and we’ll delete it for you, along with the usage data and purchase history above if you ask.
